Erasmus University Rotterdam

After my studies I could do a job at the university instead of military services and altogether I worked there from 1988 to 1993, the last 3 years as an official university teacher.

Highlights were:

- Organisation of training courses for people from a.o. Pakistan (see photos). See manual on survey analysis
- Doing research culminating in a book on Patterns of economic restructuring and Social Accounting Matrices
- Pretending to be Eastern Europe expert (dr Klavan) at the time of the fall of the wall (see below).

- In 1990 I went with a group of students of EFR Rotterdam to Hungary to investigate its market potential. See report.

- I also went to Romania to deliver lectures on the system of national accounts.
